Bacchus white 75cl

Winemaker's notes: An aromatic and herbaceous reflection of the 2023 vintage, this Bacchus is a more restrained expression of the normal notes with wonderful balance. The grapes were picked by hand in September 2023, then destemmed and pressed following a short time cold soaking. The must was then fermented cool in stainless steel. After fermentation, the wine was allowed to age for a short period on the fine lees before being bottled in Spring 2024.

• Character: crisp, aromatic, fruit forward
• Aromas: grapefruit, elderflower, Mediterranean herbs 
• Flavours: gooseberry, white pepper
